The yeast extracted in the fabrication of ethanol is sent to a special drying system in a machine called a Spray-Dryer and reaches a protein content of up to 43%, thanks to special precautions in the fermentation process.

In addition to being used as an excellent source of protein in animal feed, yeast also has a special property for the strengthening of the immune system, and for this it is exported to many countries.

Dry yeast is sold in different percentages of protein concentrations and packaged in multilayer paper sacks of 25 kg or flexible containers of 800 kg.
